I spent some time in the car traveling today thinking about sales. In fact, ahead of the trip I got some podcasts about sales to listen to by a guy named Jeb Blount (say: Blunt). His website is called $ales Gravy, and his podcasts are among the most popular in the sales category on iTunes.
In Michael Gerber's newest book, Awakening the Entrepreneur Within, he gives five realities of the Entrepreneur. Number 4 is the reality that an Entrepreneur measures success by business growth. He says, "To be caught up in a slow growth business is to be doomed to show up every day to perform in a show nobody enjoys."
